2. Weeks 3–4
   Materials

   Metals and non-metals, acids and bases, changes in matter and separation of substances.

3. Weeks 5–6
   Motion and forces

   Speed, measurement, force, friction and pressure.

4. Weeks 7–8
   Light, sound and heat

   Reflection, shadows, vibrations, temperature and heat transfer.

5. Weeks 9–10
   Electricity and magnetism

   Circuits, conductors, magnets and their uses.

6. Weeks 11–12
   Environment and health

   Water, air, soil, pollution, diseases and hygiene.

The order and pace change to suit the learner, and the teacher adjusts after every few classes. Topics follow the learner's board or level.
