Pay per class, or for a whole course. Longer courses cost less per class, and prices follow local incomes, so a family in Pune and a family in Phoenix both pay a fair amount. There are no made-up list prices and no countdowns.

Three levels, two formats
Each course belongs to a level. Prices below are per class and per learner, for classes of 45 to 60 minutes (30 to 45 for ages 5 to 7).

Courses of 20 or more classes cost 8 percent less per class, and courses of 40 or more cost 12 percent less. That is a real reduction of the class rate, not a made-up list price. Class notes, practice questions and a monthly progress update for parents are included.

Pricing: questions families ask
Why do prices differ by country?
Prices are set for each country from local incomes and the cost of comparable classes, so a family in Pune and a family in Phoenix both pay a fair amount. They are not live exchange-rate conversions. The country picker on the page changes every price you see.
Is there a free class?
Yes. The first demo class is free, with no payment details needed. It is a normal class with a real teacher so you can see whether it suits the learner.
What is included in the price?
Live classes with a teacher from our network, class notes and practice questions, and a short progress update for parents after each month. Free practice on this site is always available on top.
What is the difference between small group and one-to-one?
A small group has up to six learners with one teacher, which keeps the price lower. One-to-one gives the learner the teacher's full attention and a schedule and pace built around them. Younger learners and anyone far behind usually do best one-to-one at first.
Do longer courses cost less per class?
Yes. Courses of 20 or more classes cost 8 percent less per class and courses of 40 or more cost 12 percent less. That is a real reduction of the class rate, not a made-up list price.
How do I pay, and can I get a refund?

No. A teacher can build understanding, practice and confidence, and we share honest progress updates. We do not promise marks, ranks, grades, fluency, certificates or jobs.
