โจ๏ธ Typing games
Typing games that make you faster.
Measure your speed, learn the home row, race rockets and type real code. Real-time WPM, accuracy and a virtual keyboard that shows which finger to use.

Typing is a skill for school, work and coding, and the quickest way to improve is short, regular practice with feedback. These games measure your words per minute (WPM) and accuracy, highlight your weak keys and gradually build touch typing, where you type without looking at the keyboard.
Start with the typing speed test to find your level, follow the touch typing lessons from the home row outwards, then play falling words and typing races for fun. Programmers can practise on real code snippets.

FAQ
Typing games: common questions
What is a good typing speed?
The average adult types about 40 words per minute. Around 60 WPM is comfortable for office work, and above 80 WPM is fast. Accuracy matters as much as speed.
How can I learn touch typing?
Keep your fingers on the home row (ASDF and JKL;), learn which finger presses each key, and practise short lessons daily without looking at the keyboard. Our lessons guide you step by step.
How is WPM calculated?
WPM counts a 'word' as five characters including spaces. Net WPM subtracts uncorrected errors, so accuracy directly affects your score.
