Classes abroad: questions
Can my child take classes if we live outside India?
Yes. Classes are live and online, so a child can join from anywhere with a stable internet connection. We agree the time zone, syllabus and format with you before anything is booked.
How do the time zones work?
India is UTC+5:30 all year. Each country page shows the usual local windows next to India time. Daylight saving moves the clocks in the US, Canada, UK and Australia, so we confirm the exact time with you.
Which syllabus do the teachers follow?
The one your child's school follows: CBSE, ICSE, a state board, the UK National Curriculum, Common Core, a provincial or state curriculum, or the Singapore syllabus. Tell us the school year and the syllabus.
How much do classes cost?
Prices are shown in your local currency on each country page and on the pricing page. The price is agreed in writing before any booking, and we confirm how payment works.
Is there a free class?
Yes. The first demo class is free, and it is a normal class with a real teacher.
Are the classes safe for children?
A parent or guardian arranges the classes. Read our guide to online class safety, and ask us anything about how a class runs before you decide.
