   Body language

   Posture, eye contact and gestures, even on camera.

3. Week 5
   Structure

   Opening, three points and a strong close.

4. Week 6
   Storytelling

   Using stories and examples.

5. Week 7
   Debate and rebuttal

   Arguments, evidence and responding.

6. Week 8
   MUN and group discussion

   Research, position papers and discussion skills.

The order and pace change to suit the learner, and the teacher adjusts after every few classes. Topics follow the learner's board or level.

How classes run

Before the first class

Each class mixes a quick recap, a new idea taught live, guided practice and a few questions to take away. Join ten minutes early for a sound and camera check, and use a laptop or desktop if the class needs screen sharing. Read what to expect in your first online class.
