Functions that return answers
Write average(numbers) and grade(score) (A for 80 or more, B for 60 or more, otherwise C), and print the grade for the marks list.

A function that prints can only show an answer; a function that returns one can be used inside other sums. average(numbers) can return the total divided by how many there are, and grade(score) can return a letter, and the two work together: grade(average(marks)).

Write best(numbers) that returns the biggest mark without using max().
