Counting in other bases
Write to_base(n, base) returning the digits as text, using the string "0123456789ABCDEF". Print 10 in binary and 255 in hexadecimal.

Binary is base 2, hexadecimal base 16. To write n in base b, keep dividing by b and collect the remainders: the last remainder is the first digit. divmod(n, b) gives both the quotient and the remainder at once. Digits above 9 use letters: A is ten, B is eleven, up to F for fifteen.
